Monthly gives you the most flexibility and lets you pay as you shop. A 3-month membership gives you plenty of time to shop, consolidate, and ship what you need.
Because Stateside stays intentionally small, continued availability after a monthly membership isn’t guaranteed.
Get your Stateside address & Customer ID.
Once your membership starts, you’ll receive your California shipping address and create your unique Customer ID.
YOUR CUSTOMER ID IS CRUCIAL :)
Please be sure to add your Customer ID to your shipping address on every single order.
All packages will be addressed to me personally, so your Customer ID is the best way for me to know which parcels belong to you.
Shop & submit your tracking numbers.
Shop your fave U.S. stores and send your orders to your Stateside address. Be sure to remember your Customer ID <3
As tracking numbers become available, add them to your Member Portal via a Package Check In so I know what’s headed my way.
Tell me when you’re ready to ship.
Once everything you want has arrived at Stateside HQ, submit a Shipping Request through your Member Portal.
You’ll confirm your delivery address and upload the receipts for the purchases included in your parcel.
